MyEduLinks provides digital courses and downloadable educational content.
Since all courses offer immediate access after purchase, refunds are limited and handled carefully to protect both learners and instructors.
By purchasing any course on MyEduLinks, you agree to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
β You purchased a course by mistake and have NOT accessed it
No lessons, downloadable files, or modules should be marked βviewedβ.
β The course content is materially inaccurate or misleading
Proof must be provided.
β Technical issues prevented access
And the issue could not be solved by our support team.
β Duplicate payment
If you were charged twice for the same course.
- Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- Time Limit for Refund Requests

- Refunds for Courses by Third-Party Instructors
Most courses on MyEduLinks are created by independent instructors.
Refunds involving such courses:
- will be evaluated by MyEduLinks support
- may require instructor input or verification
- will be processed only after review
Instructors may lose earnings if a refund is approved.
- Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
- Refunds may take 5β14 business days to reflect in your bank/PayPal/UPI account
- Processing time depends on your payment gateway
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or external services
- Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Downloadable files
- Instructor-created digital resources
- Certificates and achievements
- Subscription fees (if applicable)
- Completed courses
- Partially consumed content
- Marketplace service charges (including platform fees)
- Chargebacks & Disputes
- Filing false chargebacks may lead to account suspension
- Any dispute raised with banks/payment gateways must also be reported to us
