1. About the Platform

MyEduLinks is an online learning marketplace that allows:

  • Instructors to create, publish and sell digital courses

  • Learners to buy and access online educational content

  • Admin to manage the platform, payments and quality standards

We are not a college, university, or formal certification body, unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use MyEduLinks, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or use under parental guidance)

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Follow all rules, policies and laws

  • Not violate any intellectual property rights

We may suspend or delete any account violating these terms.

3. Account Registration

When registering:

  • You must provide correct and updated information

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password

  • You must not share login access with others

  • You must notify us if your account is accessed without permission

We reserve the right to approve or reject any instructor account.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree NOT to:

  • Upload harmful, illegal or copyrighted content

  • Mislead or defraud learners

  • Publish false information

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech or abuse

  • Attempt to hack, damage or disrupt the platform

  • Circumvent payment systems

Violating these conditions may result in account termination.

5. Courses & Learning Content

MyEduLinks hosts courses created by independent instructors.
We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of instructor content

  • Employment outcomes

  • Professional certification

  • Information completeness or accuracy

However, we take steps to maintain quality and remove harmful content.

Learners receive access to a purchased course for the duration determined by the instructor or platform.

6. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors/Vendors must:

  • Upload original content

  • Ensure no copyright infringement

  • Provide accurate information

  • Not re-upload others’ courses without permission

  • Follow our course quality guidelines

  • Not misrepresent qualifications

  • Reply to student queries wherever possible

Instructors retain ownership of their content but give MyEduLinks a license to display it on the platform.

7. Pricing & Payments

Course prices may be:

  • Set by instructors

  • Set by the platform

  • Adjusted during promotions or discounts

Payment processing is handled through secure gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal or others.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors or user mistakes.

8. Instructor Earnings & Withdrawals

  • Instructors earn revenue on every successful course sale after deduction of 30% commission + applicable platform fees (if any).

  • Platform fees may include payment gateway charges, transaction costs, refund adjustments, or administrative processing charges depending on the payment method used by the learner.

  • Earnings are reflected in the instructor dashboard once the order is confirmed and cleared.

  • Withdrawals can be requested once the instructor reaches the minimum payout threshold set by the platform.

  • Payments are processed through the methods supported by MyEduLinks, such as Bank Transfer, UPI, or PayPal.

  • MyEduLinks reserves the right to delay or hold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.

  • If a refund is issued to a learner, related earnings may be reversed from the instructor’s pending or available balance.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on our Refund Policy.
Not all courses are refundable, especially downloadable or consumed content.

MyEduLinks reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on fairness and guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MyEduLinks—including text, graphics, videos, logos, and design—is protected by copyright.

Users must NOT:

  • Copy or redistribute course content

  • Download videos illegally

  • Share course materials publicly

  • Reuse content without permission

Violations may result in legal action.

11. Third-Party Services

Some features may use third-party services such as:

  • Payment gateways

  • Hosting providers

  • Analytics tools

  • Plugins

MyEduLinks is not responsible for faults or interruptions caused by third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

MyEduLinks is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Payment failures

  • Technical disruptions

  • Instructor misinformation

  • User mistakes

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate:

  • Fraudulent accounts

  • Policy violators

  • Users harming other learners

  • Instructors breaking copyright rules

  • Any account posing risk to the platform

We are not obligated to provide reinstatement.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
